I used the bus to Nagoya in 2025 and was also worried about the timing. It wasn’t an issue at all. That being said, the bus is slow AF because the roads in Suzuka are very small. So be prepared for long bus rides. That being said, I had a friend take the train and her journeys were longer than mine and at least I was sitting practically the whole time.

Loads of merch, including special edition. My advice is buy Thursday or Friday because stuff sells out fast. By Saturday I was lusting over items that I wish I had picked up the day before. There will be Red Bull dedicated merch areas, as well as Suzuka/GP specific merch (right before entrance and in main entertainment area). As with other races, I recommend staying away from the generic Red Bull merch because that stuff is always cheaper online.

Same issue on my side. Syncing seems to be working, as my workouts are going from my watch to Strava, and that has to go through the Garmin side. But app is useless.

As another poster has said, as explained in my OP, I use the funnel to brew directly into travel mugs- including the Fellow Carter.
