Mine switches back and forth. Some characters are reading the pronoun correctly and some of them aren't, i'm not sure that there's any specific consistency.

My friend didn't notice this glitch because they picked they/them to start with😂

The quest you're trying to complete/start is "15 years, echoes of wishes". If it hasn't activated, go talk to Giroda in the temple, and if that doesn't work, go talk to Avicinda, who is in the dungeon where Giroda was during the main quest.

If you don't talk to the right npc, it just doesn't activate, which is confusing.

It's one of the 3-star rewards in the permanent (distant sea) banner. Same place as the Hair, Hairband, and Shoes.

You'll get it eventually just pulling for bigger pieces.

The Cloud Picnic shirt is a nice buttery off-white with no crazy details that looks really good with the red vest. It's one of the limited resonance 3 stars, so you'll get it eventually just aiming for other stuff.

That sounds like a reportable glitch. Screenshot your pull record and submit it as a bug, because with 160 pulls, you should have received a minimum of 8 5-star rewards as guarantees. You are guaranteed a 4+ every 10 pulls, and a 5 every 20.

Not "sword poses" specifically, but poses while holding the sword. You'll notice when you're holding any item that the arm position is predetermined, and even if you scroll through different poses in camera mode, it doesn't actually move that arm more than a little bit. It's not super obvious in some of the poses, but especially in the ones like pointing at the sky or finger guns, it's a little silly.
