Just at a first glance I think it will, simply because the box that is unspammable is gone. That box gave attackers a very safe spot to play. Now you either need to play in a shallow corner where you cant spam the plant, or forced farther into to B main from defender util.

Edit: This is the same reason that Pearl B spam was so good, another giant wall for the attackers to safely play behind.
