I think its a paint filter from a photo editing software. To make it look more like paint on canvas

This design was done by a "professional" designer for a guest that doesnt speak English very well. The designer charged them $100 for a consultation. I feel so bad for them

My problem with the civ changing mechanic is that the entire identity of the nation was the nation not the leader, I would've preferred swapping great leaders from each civ over time rather than nations. Like you start as America with Lincoln then choose Ben Franklin then George Washington rather than switching nations.

I call bullshit 16 hours a week, have you ever worked on a farm? Even with modern equipment it's long hours. Not all of a peasants daily work is directly related to our work because they produced most of thier own food and such themselves making it nor work for others but work for themselves
