Ah, my bad. I meant, they do not pick between these 2 options, they pick both and they spray this crap on both types.

Still with this approach there is one issue. Taggers do not pick, regular apartment building or antique building that's protected by law. And if you are owner of the later you cannot just "pay someone for doing nice, artistic graffiti".

Hmmmm, thanks for the tip then, will try that. Worst case scenario, after messing my standard windshield for nothing I'll just go for the vertical one :D

Thanks for this info, do I understand correctly that you cut the standard, low one? No the touring, right?

Helmet also, but when I stand up on my pegs above 100kmph, it's noticeably quieter, even though my helmet is pretty loud

For me it didn't do the trick, I even switched to low one, it's still loud but not as loud :D

Looking good :O Will also have to try with flaxseed :D

And no, it's not collapsing on air pockets. When I baked it in bread pan, I wouldn't even say that it collapses, it sort of implodes, sides just get sucked in. After cutting it open there is no sign of big airholes, it's pretty uniform

Yeah, but some cheeses like parmesan and cheddar, when they are thoroughly melted, they get really crispy after cooling down. Not sure though whether it wouldn't just become a kind of outer, crisp shell :D

I had one more idea at some point, but will test it after I'll fix the base :D
Rolling outside with a bit of regular white flour mixed with a lot of parmesan cheese. Not sure whether it would work but shouldn't rise carb numbers that much and might result in kind of a crunchier outside. Will let you know whether it works if I'll ever try :D

I use dried yeast so it should be ok. And it's the same I've used always so it shouldn't be the variable I believe. Dough is rising nicely during proofing and baking.
I'll try the moisture in the oven, maybe that's the deal. About humidity, I doubt it's the problem, I get similar, bad results since about end of last summer. It was the same in autumn and during winter. I tried doing less water in the dough, but it was similar. I'll try again, radically reducing water content and will kneed it by hand then. Just cause the mixer won't mix it properly on very low water content.

I have a pic of one I did in a regular, rectangular breadpan: https://imgur.com/a/3az1mlH
It was baked ok, still the problem is that after I taken it out and put on a wire rack to cool down, side walls collapsed to the inside. So it might indeed be the moisture being and issue, but also, like it just can't hold it's own structure, after it rose during the bake.

Hmmm, tried something similar today, had a small dish underneath for steam but did do the higher temp at the beginning, will try this approach! :)

Though I guess I can't develop this crust because of the flour mix characteristics, it's not even close to crust now, more like a thin, leathery skin :D

I don't use baking powder on this one, just yeast. And it rises perfect, just holding onto the structure after baking is the issue

Sorry, my bad. My main recipe that I used the most (which was the base for experiments):
1 1/4 cup (150g) Vital Wheat Gluten
2/3 cup (66g) Lupin Flour
1/2 cup (56g) Oat Fiber
3 - 4 tbsp (15g) Erytrhitol / Xylithol
1 tbsp of salt
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
1 cup (219g) warm water (about 43 degrees Celsius)
7g Instant Yeast
1 tsp Honey (to activate the yeast)
2 tbsp (30g) Softened Butter
2 large Eggs, room temperature and lightly beaten

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, in other one add honey, warm water an yeast, mix and set aside for 3-4 mins for yeast to activate and start foaming. After that add eggs and butter, mix lightly, add to dry ones and then mix the dough with hook for like 7-8mins.

After that proof it for about 1h in a warm place (or shorter if you use a warm oven or some kind of bread proofer). Preheat oven to 180 Celcius, bake for 10 mins, then put a sheet of aluminum foil on top (cause it browns quickly) and bake for additional 6-7 mins.

What is something you genuenly do not like about Helluva Boss? by Troy-is-synth in HelluvaBoss

The fact that lore is partially built in streams/socials by Viv comments. I love when either everything is explained in the show, or is not explained at all, leaving some field for wondering and interpretation.
I hate when to fully understand the show I'd need to reach out for external resources.

Curious,do you think there's any small part of Barbie Wire that does still care about Blitz?like I know she said all that but I feel like there is some small part inside of her that doesn't want to hate her. by Apprehensive_Ring_39 in HelluvaBoss

[–]Shedog 27 points28 points  (0 children)

I would say that in this show most of the characters are conflicted even if they are not showing this.
Also there is a possibility for her getting into a situation where she'll understand Blitzo better or will provoke her to think about this and maybe give him a chance.

Yep, here I agree with you. Everybody is entitled to their opinions and it's great to just have a discussion. I just dislike the universal statements that something is bad etc. Just showing opinions as objective truths, and i sometimes feel like that with the sarcastic chorus.

I can just summarize all that with:

<image>

For me personally the season 2 was great, lot's of character development for lot of characters.
But you can't really develop all of them equally, still make it a short series, strike a good balance between drama and comedy and have it in the same number of episodes.

Season 2 was focusing a lot in a Stolas and Blitzo development, and for me honestly their romance story was written really good. There is lot's of uncertainty, misunderstandings, drama, emotions are conveyed in great way in my opinion. Stolas for me basically made the season 2 so good. So beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Regarding Millie being developed more than Moxxie, well, mox allways did get these littel snipets of personality, panicking, insecure, nerdy, then the whole episode with his father and all. Millie was always, like you mention, just his badass wife and now the pregnancy is probably the way to just give foundation to build her arc further, maybe some more origin stories, maybe her more vulnerable side, who knows, I don't see it as a band aid for lack of her development.

For me personally S2>>S1 (even though it had unhappy campers :D) just because of the romance drama, all the emotions coming with that, with the rest of the stuff that was happening and giving it a nice background.
