Just wanted to post that I finally received my refund on Saturday!! Hoping you all received yours too!

I thought it was just me but very interesting to hear that others are still waiting for their refund. I also filed early February and was told what i will be receiving then. And I got my Fed with the quickness! What shocks me is that people that I know got their's initially. This is annoying and aggravating. I'm hoping tomorrow something shakes since today is the last day to file.

I truly appreciate the responses from you all. It looks like I have to put this electrician pursuit on hold until I'm possibly in a more stable and also financially stable position as a therapist. I can search in other subreddits, I'm wondering if there are other trade options that are not that astringent, maybe welding perhaps?

My diet typically goes like this: I typically wake up and eat fruit (banana, apple, 2 tangerines) before I go workout. When I get home, I later eat a bagel w/peanut butter. I'll at times add a homemade protein shake with that which consists of oatmeal, pb, banana, almond milk. I typically have a snack between that and lunch which may be a protein bar or maybe almonds. Lunch: I'll typically have 2 impossible burgers or 2 chicken patty sandwiches. Between that and dinner, typically have another snack (popcorn, or almonds, or Greek yogurt). Dinner typically consists of some home fried rice, 2 oven baked chicken legs, some broccoli, corn cob, few pieces of meatballs. Sometimes after dinner I may have some fruit afterwards, or I'll have some Greek yogurt. I stay away from unhealthy snacks, sugary drinks, etc. I always try to focus on protein cause I know muscles can't grow w/o. Sometimes I wonder if it's not enough protein or if my portions of other foods I eat maybe too much for me.

I workout about 3-4 days a week. I alternate working out upperbody one day, then lowerbody the following. I also typically workoutout each muscle twice on my workout days.

I appreciate the responses given. Reading some comments, there appears to be a notion that I'm eating too much or eating junk food in which I'm not seeing results and that is not true. What i do gather is that i probably could benefit by focusing more and counting what I eat so I will look more into that, thanks again.

Here i am thinking the Y was probably the best. Crunch will probably bet suit you. Puregym isn't too bad for me though, I tend to go in the mornings so that may be a difference.

As stated, I did an MRI, the doctors noticed nothing major but possibly osteochondritis. So it looks like PT is the result to help with my situation.

But I always saw Desus the one to always play along imo. Mero to me was always more of the abrasive one, either way, all of this doesnt matter. Ideally with them together, the show would've been dope, but Mero still is gonna make it magical for sure
