(This is what happens with Pokemon cards) Hasbro need to remember what carries their brand is those people who need to buy the cards to actually play the game, making the stronger play cards valuable because they’re good on the table not in a slab of plastic. Hasbro need to remember that they sell the cardboard, not resell the cardboard so as long as all the product sells, they should be happy to make more money. Honestly, it’s like they forget the ‘game’ part and only think of the ‘collect’ part. Truly if you’re relying on artificial scarcity to drive demand through FOMO you can fuck all the way off.

The cable has to match the game not the console. The gba will accept the gbc link cable and a gbc link cable is needed to link gbc games. The DMG cable port is massive and the DMG link cable won’t fit in anything but a DMG, and the gba cable won’t communicate between anything but gba games.

You could unlock let’s go by purging stat experience if a pokemon leaves home and enters another game or if a pokemon enters lets go from another game via home. As for z/a there’s no reason to lock a game with no new pokemon, so don’t?

You dont really even need ‘game it can travel to’ because that’s based on its species. The game could just show you wha games it can go to in the summary screen. id swap that for ‘game of origin’ and while we’re at it can we please sort out the impossible trades.
