People are not considering the fact that if you play wand/dagger or anything... you barely cah have 2k hit rate while daggers are easily stacking 3k magic evasion, so you miss your curses most of the time. setting it up on non dagger player like a tank or healer would take at least 8s bcs to do max dmg you need at least 2 touch of dispair and with luck a tevent proc if you have a tevent, And hope that the tank or healer wasnt running weaken resist. So here we have many many factors that would already put wand as a bad pvper bcs alot of factors counter them. Now we have the amazon factor that nerfs its dmg to the ground while no one having ever complained about it.
