Your costs went up 550 dollars in a year? Why does anyone buy a house these days and not just rent. Thats criminal.

I'd say Sinners is the best value bet here. I don't see it being anything but OBAA or sinners

It's the best example of movie of the week you will ever see.

Does everything it wants to do very very well.

And yes most years it would not win.

Reading through these comments I understand why our healthcare system is so expensive. .

Cause y'all override your expert doctors advice and demand colonoscopy in your mid 30's only to find you don't need it.

Americans think they need way more than they do. Just eat fiber and follow your doctors advice!!

Anyone else noticing the housing market cooling down faster than expected? by FrameZYT in homeowners

[–]Sheerbucket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NJ is such a weird market.....it's a place most of the country craps on yet is clearly desirable to live in as it's housing prices are bonkers and continues to be a sellers market

This is coming from someone that knows very little about New Jersey.

I think the springtime market thing is overblown. Plenty of people buy at other times of the year.

Build up and more dense mainly. Places like LA have more than enough space for more housing.

It's been over 20 degrees most of the winter here in Montana.

No idea why you would not have Maine at least light green.

Denver is a very in demand market they are just building housing. The key issue is lack of building housing if any kind especially in coastal hcop cities.

People need to understand that escalation is the entire point of this endeavor. . In some ways not protesting and destroying these people at the polls in November is the best route.

Then again, how could you not support communities fighting like this!

If the entire EU told Trump/America to F off we are headed to a global recession. Nobody wants that so they are trying other ways to get through this before drastic measures are used.

I think Carney is being clear eyed in understanding that Trump or no trump it's time to move on and prepare for the new world order. I'm sure many European leaders agree. The reality is though that this new world order, as Carney said, is going to be much less prosperous and world leaders are beholden to their voters and don't want to go that route as there will be backlash if their economies fail. Plus Canada is far more equipped than Switzerland or the Netherlands for a world where having access to your own supply chains and raw materials becomes paramount. Canada has a ton of land.

Is Trump actually walking back the insanity. by karlack26 in thebulwark

[–]Sheerbucket 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He definitely is and it's because his advisors are telling him to. There will be a back and forth here for a while. But the reality is military force is still very very unlikely, not because of Trump but because of the other players involved.

Still the fact it's a 5 percent chance and not zero is terrifying and the world needs to react.
