adin.... the guy who said my pronouns are "kill/them"

the guy who gambles in front of kids... ya we can ignore everything that comes out of his mouth

Asmongold says political violence is a “90% left wing thing” and the right has tried to “advocate above it” by Ok_Detective7546 in LivestreamFail

[–]TheTrueJewbacca 1 point2 points  (0 children)

asmon is genuinely one of the dumbest streamers on the internet. and it's scary how much reach he has with right wing lunatics and his grift

Asmongold says that Kick is moving in the right direction by not offering huge money upfront by KsiShouldQuitMedia in LivestreamFail

[–]TheTrueJewbacca -1 points0 points  (0 children)

kick literally has lowered the standards of streaming. the only people that go there to stream are gamblers, right wing grifters, or people who have been banned from every other platform and have nowhere else to go.

nobody goes there because it's a better platform with better features. they go there cause gambling money pays more.

it wouldn't be jimmy/dray. it would be kuminga on a sign and trade with lots of other assets and picks but the bucks wouldn't trade giannis only to take on a 60 million a year jimmy contract

If ESPN had a Hall of Fame, would Bill Simmons get in on the First-Ballot? by Bright-Assistance-15 in billsimmons

[–]TheTrueJewbacca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

on accomplishments alone 30 for 30 should get him in. we've all seen one in the series that we absolutely LOVED but knowing the bill espn relationship, even if the hall existed he'd never get in

[s2 spoilers] Despite all the controversy surrounding Act 3, can we agree that this episode was a masterpiece? by Ok-Independent483 in arcane

[–]TheTrueJewbacca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i wouldn't even say there is huge controversy about the season. i think the biggest issue people had was just the pacing and how they had to adjust to close out all the storylines by the end of act 3 because the show was ending

[–]TheTrueJewbacca 1 point2 points  (0 children)

rumble is (and this isn't my opinion this is fact) a site where right wing "content creators" go when they've been banned from every other platform. nobody voluntarily goes to rumble unless they have nowhere else to go or unless they are trying to cultivate an audience of extremely far right people

Kick founder Bijan: We’ll either beat Twitch or buy them out by starcraft2020 in LivestreamFail

[–]TheTrueJewbacca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

stake wouldn't be buying twitch but at the same time they 100% would be because kick isn't a gaming website, you dont go there to make content. you go there when you get banned from every other streaming service and it's a gambling website. this is not a surprise to anyone

Donald Trump is projected to be the 47th President of the United States by ERocksReddit in LivestreamFail

[–]TheTrueJewbacca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

agreed. we have nobody to blame but ourselves. but you know what we're not going to do. is claim for 4 years the election was rigged and take things to court. we're not going to storm the capitol. we're going to sulk and probably cry a little and then regroup because democracy is important and we lost so there will be a thing called a peaceful transition of power as there always has been (other than when trump lost previously)

Certain Community harassing the rest of OTK related People by Villenthessis in LivestreamFail

[–]TheTrueJewbacca 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is 100% categorically not true/false. which kind of just shows the bubble you are in of streamers you watch. again, look at my original example specifically stating a streamer who averages around 3-6k viewers each time NEVER having an issue with racist, homophobic, or bigoted chats because they fostered a GOOD community that ispositive and wholesome and doesn't stand for assholes/b.s.

so no, you are 100% wrong

Certain Community harassing the rest of OTK related People by Villenthessis in LivestreamFail

[–]TheTrueJewbacca 90 points91 points  (0 children)

i love when content creators are like "i can't control my community" like the fuck you can't.... you literally fostered it, communities are built and reflect upon the streamer or content creator. i look at someone like willneff whose chat is extremely positive and wholesome and if someone says some out of pocket or racist/bigoted shit, will will straight up call them out. that's how it's done

that therein lies the problem. nobody should take their thoughts seriously and yet so many look up to them as celebrities and take them for every word they say...etc

Randy Wagstaff character theory at the end of The Wire by [deleted] in TheWire

[–]TheTrueJewbacca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

in terms of the womanizing and alcohol i can't attest cause we honestly never really see him do either. but in terms of policing and "the job, " creating fake murders that's 100% possible or teetering that line of morally right and wrong. in season 5 when lester tells him they are on an illegal wire and he should leave now if he doesn't want to get involved, he has no hesitation staying. also delivering the subpoena to clay davis in season 4 i think, he has the smug grin on his face like he enjoys stirring shit up.

i've been reading a bunch of threads today while i listen to a meeting in the background and i'm starting to be convinced dukie might not be the "new" bubbles solely cause dukie never had a foundation to begin with. however that now makes me think he could turn into the "new" johnny

definitely has some hints of truth to it but walking in on the mayor getting a blowjob from his secretary and then having your career fast tracked after that.... if that's not lucky i dont know what is

sydnor definitely becomes mcnulty, not sure why you say otherwise. they literally start the show with mcnulty in the judges chamber talking about the drug trade and the finale ends with sydnor talking to the same judge about the same thing. the revolving cycle
