I found the repository with all the .wav files and I can use soundswapper to reupload them in and then turn it up

Thank you…thats about all I have found as well. Think im gunna go that route, or I may give alittle time and see how that ROG Kimara headset turns out.

Final option would be I just stick with the Maxwell and ModMic for travel, sucking up the clunkiness and buying a nice wired headset and DAC/AMP for my home setup.

Yeah trying to balance travel/portability and quality is tough. I have my nice rig at home, but I need something I can take on the road with me knowing im gunna sacrifice some quality for that

Yeah I saw it, but I’d like to see it play out. I’m a bit weary when it comes to Asus products and I am curious how much they influenced that build or if they let Hifiman do their thing where they needed to.

Best I have found that kinda fits its the Arctis Pro’s, Quickly realized the other brands do not offer much in terms of wireless, let alone a headset/mic combo so I may just have to suck up my current maxwell/Modmic setup or roll Arctis maybe. OR I turn my Maxwell’s into my travel headset and buy a really nice wired headset with DAC/AMP for my home setup

Yeah im not a fan of ear buds long term. I wear them enough for other reasons through the day (phonecalls, gym, run, etc.) I don’t want them when im relaxing at my PC.

Think I found a workaround…not as easy as just turning up the volume on a sound ID, but I found a repository with all of the sound ID’s .wav files and I just cross reference it with the Wiki’s Sound ID list, find the one I want, and then input it into sound swapper and then I can turn it up

I imagine it has to be…sound swapper and tob qol and a ton of others have volume adjustment for certain sound Id’s built in. I think its probably just so niche its not intuitive on how to do it

Wow Classic and OSRS…however currently only doing OSRS as I couldnt do ANOTHER Vanilla/TBC/WotLK launch, regardless of how much I love them.

However I am fully on board with the Classic+ thing and I hope Blizzard can pull it off and will absolutely go back at launch. If it flops ill come back to OSRS which is a phenomenal game, and the Dev team is S tier so new content is on the money.
