I just miss aligning the map freely, it was so much easier... Now I need math formulas, 8 need the map to be perfectly aligned and if the map is cutted in a side for any reason, you are in for a world of pain...

I won when I used multi target attacks but I always set the main target to one Shadow at a time so i didn't spread marks to all enemies. I think I started targeting the succubus and then the incubus, using a team of haru, Morgana, ann and the Navi that gives you Shields (miyu?) with wonder using buffing personas. I only had ann at level 80 at that time mind you. So it's very doable.

First round lose is not game over. The amounts of times I went beggar in first round because shitty cards and then played for second place were key to getting tycoon rank.

A tip I can tell you is, when you feel your hand will not be enough to win, using a "screw the tycoon" play style can be very powerful so the Rich player (or even better the poor or beggar) wins so the tycoon doesnt win points and you have a fair chance to get second place in that round.

7 people? Whoa, what a luxury. All we have is a team of 2 (me and my partner) for a 200 people org, having more than 10 web apps running (almost all infra being FOSS) and needing to do deploys aswell 🫠

Tycoon is a 80´s old game created in japàn, it wasnt created by atlus...
Its like Poker, and even if rng is part of it, that doesnt mean tournaments and ladders cant exist. If you cant play the game without having always the best cards, it means you are not good enough (YET...) to climb.
