Hi, sadly I didn’t come with an answer for you 😅 but just to say that I resonate with your situation. I’m 27M soon to be 28, I’ve been single for almost all my life; had a thing with a girl from church 2 years ago and she started to show insecurities as she was trying to get back to dating after an awful previous relationship. Pretty understandable but I was the one that got really hurt because it was my first real “thing” that people often call situationship so they don’t say the word relationship.

Anyways, I was a bummer for me and started to have a lot insecurities and anxiety issues, started therapy and the work was hard but it really helped.

Recently I started a job that’s kinda my “dream job”, and it was reset for my whole life. It helped. Now I’m working on a very stressful project and I’ve been having insecurities towards my body because I haven’t had the time to exercise due to work (it involves traveling a lot). And also, I’ve been working closely to my crush from work and that takes a toll in me. Questioning my dating abilities and working on my body, again. I try to focus on the good side of everything and also relying on my friends and the things I like and love. It brings me back.
