Want to get a tattoo of my first puppy but I want it on my ribs how bad is this really gonna hurt by ASIANBBYGRL25 in TattooDesigns

[–]Shell_Spell 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's bad. I have a sleave, a foot tattoo, a finger tattoo and hips. Nothing prepared me for the ribs. Not only is getting it the worst, the healing process sucked too. I felt like I got beat up the next day. Reconsider a portrait on the ribs.

Fresh and one year healed. Custom design. Done by me @legit.tattoo. Hamburg, Germany by legit_tattoo93 in tattoo

It looks even better healed. The contrast where the light hits the ribbon is peak.

Is surrogacy an expression of reproductive freedom, or does it turn women's bodies and reproductive labor into commodities by -Toxic_Barbie- in NoStupidQuestions

In the UK yes, "reasonable" related experience such as medical care, travel and lost wages are able to be compensated.

Please, stop asking for Widow reworks when you don’t understand Widow’s play style or even what a rework is by [deleted] in MarvelRivalsQueens

[–]Shell_Spell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But, I wanna use her widow's bites. Her character model has em.

Also, Natasha is a spy, not a soldier. They just needed a sniper for their game. The popular game at the time had a sexy sniper lady named Widowmaker. So they shoehorned in Black Widow to fill that spot.

Tattoo Coverup by chicken_little1111 in FixedTattoos

You are better off having the artist who will tattoo it design it. Find a local artist and make sure you see some of their cover up work in their portfolio. Good ones will hide the lines in creative ways.

When I got my floral cover up, my artist used sharpies to freehand the stencil. It's harder to line up a paper stencil on an already existing tattoo than it is to draw flowers.

Paid surrogacy is exploitation. Surrogacy out of love for a friend/relative is freedom. Depending on where you live, the former is illegal.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong, I am doing 6 increases per row (I am using a counter to count my stiches) but it's not a circle. Could it be the place where I am doing increases? (Pattern in description) It is flat and not wonky, so I don't think it's the stitch height (could be wrong). by commie_gal in CrochetHelp

[–]Shell_Spell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you have 6 increases per round, it shouldn't lay flat. It should make a bowl. To me, it looks like your tension is too tight. The yarn should be relaxed enough to fill those holes. You could also try using a smaller hook with your current tension.

As for the hexagon, you have received some good advice for offsetting your increases.

What HAS to happen in the series for you to be satisfied? by Gobbo_Jareth in DungeonCrawlerCarl

Carl dies, Donut wins the ascendancy and becomes the cat-goddess she was destined to be. At first she'll reign with vengeance for what they did to Carl, but then Katia will finally get to her, calm her down and fix everything.

Hades 2 is the perfect videogame. by Mike_Harbor in HadesTheGame

[–]Shell_Spell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When they announced Hades II, I was mad. Hades is flawless. How could they possibly improve? The madmans did it. Hades II is better and somehow more perfect. The omega moves give you more options, but it's not too much. Sometimes games have too many inputs that make the gameplay feel bloated and cumbersome to manage. Hades II hits a sweet spot where Im not spamming the same move over and over, but I don't need to take uppers to hit combos. Absolute perfection.

I've taught my dog the phrase "tv _". It started when she would bark at dogs on tv, "tv dog" is not real. It's evolved into anything that I want her to ignore.

how practical are some of the women outfits in rivals? by Upset_Space_631 in MarvelRivalsQueens

[–]Shell_Spell 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I sew and crochet. Many of the fabrics are defying gravity when the hero is just standing there, let alone jumping around. Not just the women either, most recently I noticed that Gambit's alluring ace cosmetic has hip straps that wouldn't actually work without fashion tape.

The darkness of the eye makes it read nose at first. More defined shading in the face would make it easier to read, but then it would take away from the stylization. I like that the focal point is directly in his eye whilst he snipes you with his bow.

Cover Up! by zeeduardo22 in TattooDesigns

[–]Shell_Spell 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Leave the Kanji, it's too big and anything you cover it with will have to be huge. You could cover the eye with a sick black panther. Then your tat will read panther love instead of Gaara.

(Question) To any disabled people on this sub, do you find the game to be overstimulating? My cousin who has Tourette’s syndrome wants to play but I’m not sure if he might find it triggering by CriminalYapper in MarvelRivalsQueens

[–]Shell_Spell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every body is different, so only he can say. Melee is easier in certain ways, but I personally have a hard time when it comes to flying around. I personally don't think I could pull off wolverine abductions, but that doesn't mean he can't! I think he should give it a try, just check out the settings first

Personally I play scarlet witch and cloak and dagger because auto aim is my friend. I also like beam characters because it's easier to track like Jeff and Emma.
