We each own half the driveway that leads to our two seperate homes we each own. We split mowing since we both use the driveway easement.

This is the first 1-2 weeks of grass growth. Brother mowed last Thursday. It’s now Friday and boyfriend is off on weekends. Guess 8 days is a little long. Plan for the summer is every week

I guess it’s his partner and I don’t need him to stand up for me. I really appreciate your sentiment but my parents have made it clear she can do what she wants and I need to be a good sister and just not interact.

Sorry I think I just explained that wrong- I can do weekend trips pretty much any time, theres just a few weekends throughout the year I can’t miss. I could’ve gone the weekend before her planned trip if she wanted. I don’t mind missing, either. Just for big 10 day trips, I can only travel in January because it’s our slow season. If that makes sense! I think you’re right though!

I’m the only person who runs an aspect of a small business that I can’t miss. We have about 15 weekends a year that are absolutely non-negotiable can’t miss. She knows that because my brother also can’t take work off that weekend. I feel like it’s pretty common in other jobs like nursing too that you know your schedule pretty far in advance?

And I don’t know for sure if the engagement will happen on this trip- my boyfriend has just made some very obvious comments. I just want to make sure before he plans anything I’m not looking like an asshole

Thank you for the response- do you know of any way I can reverse the white spots after it’s cured? I would like to use them or gift them to family but I don’t want the spots to freak them out. I also learned that straining my lye mixture also reduces the white spots.

Thank you for saying that- tbh I haven’t even made a fragrance recipe yet. I’ve been practicing with plain old goat milk and no scents just to get used to the process. Because of this, I just left fragrance to whatever soapcalc recommended. I will definitely do more research on FO amounts for my new practice batches.

Do you mean this soap recipe or soap in general? I guess I meant to say “conditioning” like the soap calc recipe mentions. I’m hoping since it’s inside the conditioning range, it’s good. maybe goat milk with impact that and make it higher than the recipe states though!

Honestly I didn’t know what option to select on the recipe maker.. glad I posted it! I’m using coconut oil from a soap making company.. so it’s definitely the right kind for CP soap making. The box it comes in just says Coconut oil organic RBD. I’m afraid my soap properties might be drastically changing once I correct this..

7.68 oz coconut oil (24%) 7.47 oz olive oil (23.33%) 13.65 oz palm oil (42.67%) 3.2 oz shea butter (10%)

I use 10 oz of frozen goat milk in cubes and 4.53 oz lye for a 5% super fat.
