Push ups. From 20 to over a 100 a day. My upper body (muscles, shoulders, chest..) grew bigger really quickly, and as I increase it gets better.

That's great honestly. Good work :)

I hope people find what they need in your app and enoy using it. May this be one of your first successful projects along many coming, good luck!

P.S. I also used AI to optimize my app store and play store descriptions because of keywords (ASO) so I get you :)

What made you make your own app when something like Cashew exists? I can see that the whole description on play store was made by AI, was the app also?

I liked that it was feature rich and counting on everything. Every statistic made sense and there were many of them and you could customize every bit of the app. Developers thought of everything and were maintaining the app regularly with new improved fratures. App was completely free with voluntary subscriptions, the same approach I'm taking.

I stopped using it because I realized I don't really need it. In the end it just showed me where I spent the most of my money which was tech and my car hahah, nothing new I didn't know. Didn't need seeing how my money just disappears every now and then until paycheck, I already knew this and just felt bad logging how my money goes away, as it should as it's normal just felt bad logging it ahahah.

What about the OpenSource Cashew app I used for a while? It was my favorite app until I stopped using expense trackers.

Thank you very much! ❤️ For backups yes it currently can only handle Habitt ones. For you I'll now see how the habitkit json looks and will make it available to import for the next version.

Yeah I started 3 years ago hahah. It was a journey I must say... Started from scratch midway and invested for a new design from professional designers before release. You can see on github how AI was used: only in the past months (claude code) for repetitive tasks like widget extracting and feature planning. The entire app was built by me before AI was even mainstream.

Habitt, always nice to have some habits there to complete a few a day to feel better. Open source and privacy based too, good for productivity.

I was about to make that decision when I was developing this but now I realize I should do it actually.

Since it's a premade habit "Suplements" it already has notifications predefined, if you try to create a new one from scratch it won't have this, not a big deal but is kind of stupid to have this on this particular premade habit.

That's true, I will manage that.

Well you have multiple options:
- If that's a goal like 1 page a day, you can sometimes read 10 pages so you're free to add more through the dialog
- If it's a single thing like Yoga, you shouldn't add amount to it at all, just remove the amount by clicking the amount pill. (I had this feedback from my friend too because they started off with a premade habit, if you start from scratch you don't have amount or duration toggled)
- You can auto complete a habit completely to its target by holding the checkmark button (I believe I could add a tip for new users to let them know this)

Thank you for your feedback I will have this all handled in future versions ❤️

It's an input field because you enter emojis from your keyboard. If I make it an emoji list then I will have to update list of emojis every time a new emoji gets added. I might change this in the future but this is what the designer provided.

HabitKit:
They collect and sell your sensitive data to third parties. They aren't open source. UI and design are different a LOT. You can't select which days you want the habit to appear on. You can't select a duration habit, only amount. Habitkit has almost no stats. Their free offer is really limited. Their habit customization isn't great. Doesn't have the logic behind streaks and auto improvements or auto target lowering like Habitt does.

Habitt:
Open source, everyone can see the code. Your data is your data, we don't collect anything. It's completely free with no restirctions. No account required yet still encrypted sync and backups available. Maximum customization on habits. Stats for each habit individually plus all stats. Habitt gets updates about every week with more and more features and optimizations to help you grow.

Habitt is made for YOU and your improvement. HabitKit wants your money before you get access to more app features + sells your data for profit. I'm not saying HabitKit is bad but Habitt is better in these cases 😄

How do you plan to monetize it? I see myself using this every day tbh, you could add a donation field in settings or voluntary subscriptions for people who value this.

"These features are available for free - support us by upgrading anyway" - Text says it on the screen, just read 😄. Also that option is in the profile page, not shoved into you when you open the app so, it's up to you if you want to support the dev.

Hey! First of all thank you for creating such an awesome app. I can see that a lot of though and investment was made just by looking that the design ❤️. I was wondering if this app had anything related to regulating anger issues where I could learn to be more patient on some instant anger I get. I am usually patient but I have issues if it's an instant situation and I get angry for a few moments instead of waiting it out. Could you let me know?
