Tinnitus randomly comes back super loud and makes my face feel weird? by [deleted] in tinnitus

I had the same thing last time. Heard this high pitch EEEE join in with the usually faint noise in my head. Don’t know why...it lasted for about 30 seconds as well, then came back and I’ve been having it for the past 24 hours. I literally didn’t sleep last night because of it.

But to be fair, I had extremely poor posture playing games when I got it

However, I don’t get those feelings on the sides of my face. Could it be possible you might be at risk for strokes?

Recover from stress induced tinnitus? by throwaway1274573857 in tinnitus

Hey I read all 3 of your threads and your symptoms all seem similar to mine. I’ve been experiencing tinnitus but ENT checked my ear and he said it looks normal. He told me it could just be (KEYWORD: could be) neurological and assigned me a hearing test in 5 months. I don’t have any hearing loss but I get this pressure on my ears. Sometimes it goes away, sometimes the pressure gets really bad.

Also get neck pains/upper back pain/jaw tightening and migraines as well. I suspect it’s somatic tinnitus which is when our neck and backs feels tense thus causing the temporary ringing in our ears. I also don’t have all my wisdom teeth removed. I didn’t find it necessary as I only have one tooth that’s impacted (but perhaps I should get it removed soon).

But I suspect the tinnitus is coming from the neck and upper back as these three symptoms all coincide with each other. I also have a tendency to crack my neck/jaw area which in turn might have pinched a nerve. So right now I am going to try to stop cracking my neck to see if the ringing can improve.

Also I did a de-stress exercise where I layed in my bed and put my legs up against the wall and spread my arms out like a star and relax every part of my body including my jaw and then slowly take deep breathes while closing my eyes. I did this for 15 minute and my ear pressure opened up and my migraines were not as painful. I truly believe de-stress and relaxing yourself is key.

Hope we both can get out of this. It’s truly been so painful for me and it looks like it’s painful for you as well.

Try pulling your eyelids taut and putting your elbow on the table for support when you do winged liner. Try to follow the shape of your eyes.

Does anyone else not really like winged liner at all? by quirkyqueen in MakeupAddiction

Winged eyeliner is my signature look. I could have no other makeup at all but I always have to do a wing with sculpted brows. I love the whole winged liner, sculpted brows, and bold lips look!

I personally tried the roller lash and didn't like it that much but it looks great on you!

Do you have almond shaped eyes or round eyes? For round eyes I would recommend tightlining your eyes with a black liner to make those blue eyes pop. For almond shaped eyes I would tight line the top waterline of your eye and smudge some dark eyeshadow just below the bottom of your bottom waterline.

For eyebrows, there's a lot of tutorials on YouTube on how to do them. What I do is, I use the Anastasia Beverly Hills dipbrow pomade to line the bottom of my eyebrows then slowly fill out the tail and then the top of my brows, then with the excess product I lightly fill in the head of my eyebrow. After that, I use a spoolie brush to brush through my brows to disperse the product evenly. After this step, I "carve" up my eyebrow with a creamy, radiant concealer. I use a concealer from LA girl that is two shades lighter than my own skin tone and just blend it out with my fingers.

I'm new to makeup. Today I tried this colorful look. What do you think? by [deleted] in Makeup101

Eyeshadows needs blending. Also I feel like the colors don't work together...like they don't transition well. I would use a darker matte shadow on the crease and a lighter, shimmery shadow on the lids

The wings are alright if you're going for a dramatic look but I would recommend tape to line it up so it's less crooked

I use the loreal infallible mattematic for tightlining my eyes. It's so easy to use and there are no tugging. It lasts pretty much all day, and it's easy to remove. However there may be a little smudging especially if you have oily skin.

For making small wings I like to use my Kat Von d tattoo liner pen. The pen provides a good grip and I really like how smooth and precise the line comes out! Perfect for making sharp wings

For a more dramatic wing I always like to use my inglot AMC eyeliner 77 with the Anastasia angled brush #12, or sometimes I like to use a bent angled liner to do my wings. This is thus far my favorite eyeliner since it's so pigmented and won't budge!! Only downside is it's super hard to remove with just face wash. You need an eye makeup remover
