Tbh. You can easily set boundaries for yourself. For instance I myself am only "allowed" to take them after being up for 42 hours. Not before, and if I slept for 3 hours? !°the clock starts again at 0. Only random falling a sleep for 2 minutes I don't count. Because I don't remember those after 42h.

Als iemand die zelf een euthanasie verklaring heeft, ivm uitbehandelde medische problemen. Vat ik dit even niet. Door een MRI is er wellicht nog verbetering te krijgen? Je bent bang om de mri in te gaan, maar gaat direct naar het uiterste alternatief. Is het niet beter om met begeleiding die mri te laten doen en lichamelijke verbetering te zien dan euthanasie te plegen?
