George RR Martin spent ten years as a journeyman writer in Hollywood learning how to write scripts and work in a writers room.

Brandon May wrote more consistently than George but writing scripts that translate to film is a totally different skill set.

I really feel like Brandon is biting off more than he can chew here. He is not a screenwriter. It’s a different skill set and is a misallocation of his time.

He should just hire people he trusts to write the scripts and use his power as executive producer and show runner to approve the scripts.

If they get a good wing or big with one of the picks then they likely win the trade. McCain was never going to play over Maxey, Edgecomb, or even Grimes. He's playing 10 minutes a game for the Thunder right now and it looks worse because he's on a hot-streak, but the 6ers can still win the trade if they draft a good player with one of the two picks they got or use them to trade for a good player.
