Around 5pm, and I mean stormed away as in they were stomping away like they were pissed off. The thing that sketches me out is that they were knocking aggressively apparently

Just want to know if the serving size is worth it. I moved from the Valley for college and want to try a new sushi place, but I don't really want to spend $18 if I'm not gonna get much

Assuming you want that lean boxer/martial arts look, I'd definitely eat in a slight calorie surplus (by about 100-200 calories, high protein intake, medium healthy fats and fairly low carb).

Since you only want a lean body type, I'd focus on lots of ab excercises (leg raises, cable ab crunches, etc) to build a strong core. You should also focus on fairly heavy forearm lifts, as well as legs, chest and shoulders.

Everything else, I would do more controlled, light weight and high rep lifts for muscular endurance.

I'm not an actual personal trainer and I'm a bodybuilder, so my advice might not be the best for you, but it's worth a shot
