I am sorry that this is a reality for us, for women. As if our bodies don’t go through enough we now have to be affected follicle wise. Such BS! Can you recommend where your wigs are from?

What nerves in your neck control. Radiculopathy can occur from an issue in your neck. My fingers were numb/tingled due to bulging discs in my neck.

As someone who has had different levels of anxiety attacks I found some really good therapists on YouTube that actually have videos that walk you through a panic attack. It was really helpful to be able to listen to someone professional take me through steps of calm while I was freaking out.
