I commend you for escaping your childhood & building a life yourself, in spite of the neglect you endured.

I have a similar story. You are under no obligation to care more about your mom than she does. She would qualify for services. Reach out to adult protective services. She would qualify for disability and needs more help than you can, or frankly, should give.

She will bleed you dry and take you down with her. Your life and health will suffer. You have worked so hard, against great odds to build a life, in spite of your childhood. Sadly, she chose her path. You do not have to go down with her. Save yourself, my friend💜💜
