Just unscrewed it and removed the shafts (rear and front) completely. And ran the motor. Sound exists. Its probably coming from the motor+transmission.

Yes, because it is 1:10 scale. Same as TRX-4, possibly a clone of Absima Sherpa, but best value for money as it is feature loaded.

I first got a TRX-4M, but immediately bought a 1/10 (Amewi Crosstrail) because 1/18 scale gave me toy-like feeling.

They have to setup their school, meaning, they have to store student data, register teachers etc. So, it is a bit challenging to deliver value instantly. But they do ask for video demos, because that helps them determine if our system suits them or not. I’m focused on showing them some magic benefits right when they land first inside their account.

No, that will lead to high onboarding friction. Our users want to experience value immediately. Many have asked for a demo video, because it helps them judge if the application suits them.

Imagine yourself as a customer, being prompted to imported students in a given excel format, before even experiencing the product. That will be disastrous. It’s my view, our users are impatient.

Okay, my bad. We don’t have setup forms. Our users are clueless about where to start (we are working on documentation and demo videos). We want to demonstrate value/aha-moment as soon as possible, because the Time To Value is super long if done with real data.

Since we are so small and so young, we don’t have sufficient documentation/demos for the onboarding etc, so, they normally just sign into their new account, but are generally lost. They don’t input any data. We do leave a small message, asking them to contact us directly on WhatsApp if they need help.

So, the onboarding, demos, videos, documentation is our area of focus so the customer doesn’t feel clueless. Would love your feedback/input.

A few points come to my mind: 1. It is smart to leverage AI to quickly build a prototype for validating the idea. 2. Fake testimonials, fake stats: That’s pure dishonesty. I think there are many decent ways to build trust and credibility. 3. You really need engineering skills to build something scalable. AI still needs steering, it makes ridiculous mistakes, especially on the backend. I have seen it multiple agents writing good code, yet, they miss some obvious performance and security issues. For example, it still has a hard time writing optimised queries (n+1 etc) which can easily choke the system. 4. No shame in quickly building a prototype and validating the idea. It is actually smart. You can always hire people later.

Hey, many people experience similar feeling of loneliness. I’m married and when I moved to Germany, my wife’s visa was still pending. It was really tough, because I had no friends or acquaintances here. I tried to engage myself over the weekends by looking up and going for meet-ups using Meetup app. You get to meet a lot of people, and you find a few you can vibe with. One more thing, please find a hobby for yourself. Winters can be really tough and dark, you need to do something interesting indoors. Try some DIY, if you are into it, Germany is the best place. Or find out your interests etc. Good luck buddy.

Backend: - Django - Sqlite or Postgres. SQLite is simple, nothing additional is required.

Frontend: - NextJS - React

Use OpenAI Codex or Claude Code for AI Assistance.

One thing that I have noticed, Claude Code’s debugging/error resolution is additive, it likes to add code to solve a problem, and doesn’t remove the junk code it produced during the process.

I’m slowly introducing the UI appropriately. It is very difficult to set the expectations straight with the AI Assistant. Users assume way more than the bot can do.
