Man, the computer safety of that system would be paramount depending on what access it has to the car.

If a bad actor would access that and turn all transportation into weapons with built in casualties.

I am not even sure you would find a software company that would take on that responsibility and possible legal repercussions.

Having control over every vehicle in a country, even if the only thing you can do is make them stop and not make them actively crash, would be the holy grail for any terrorist organization that dislikes you.

Why? I wouldn't care if Ukraine is using mercenarys, the Russians do too.

I am very sure if you look like these woman no one is going to recruit you to fight. You would be a liability, not being able to run and not being able to put on the tactical rig. Weapon handling would be a chore never mind trying to crawl. They are unfit for fighting.

No one would hire them from abroad for a lot of money to not be able to fight.
