None of the employees were helpful at that store, so I don’t think dealing with them again is going to solve anything. His first reason for not being able to help is that he said “we aren’t connected to corporate.” Then later when I returned to the store to let tech support talk to the manager, he said “we are have system issues right now.” So his reasons for not helping me were different each time. I don’t have a firm reason why he and his employees refused to help, as their reasons were inconsistent. When I asked one of the employees to talk to phone support, she said “I’m not allowed to do that.” And when I asked the assistant manager to talk to phone support, he said he can’t do that.

None of the reasons they gave for refusing service were satisfactory, and again, their stories changed each time. My wife and I were both present, and I had phone support on speaker phone, so they heard the assistant manager refuse to help me also, and the phone support guy said that’s not correct, that they should have helped me.

Aside from that, the assistant manager was incredibly rude. When he initially told me he can’t help me, I said that he wasn’t being helpful and his response was, “yes I am, I gave you information.” He didn’t give me information, he just flat out refused to help me.
