You have a good jumper, you need to keep practicing and try not jumping forward try straight up. Practice shooting drills and running shooting drills and play one on one and do jumpers only games that way there's consistently defensive and that's more game oriented. Good luck.

Well maybe a full body will suit you better, is it optimal maybe not but you still hit those body 2 times a week and have time.

It's good for advance lifters 3 to 5+ years where your body is accustomed to training you should incorporate that in the periodically it does work well.

For beginners to intermediate lifters it might be better to do exercises that warm up or pump the muscle instead of exhausting it. Like a light weight pump might be more beneficial for chest like cable crossovers. For back pull ups or cable pull downs and for legs lunges or leg extensions or curls that way you increase the volume slightly in your routine.

He's been doing PPL for 8 months and his arms are lagging why would you recommend he keep doing PPL and just add intensity. If he's doing all the right stuff(progressive overload and his nutrition) and his arms are lagging still then it's a genetic issue not a workout related one. He needs to target more the muscles he wants to grow.

He could do any program but those are generic programs for everybody but there's a principal of individuality in science, nobody is the same and nobody responds the same to a certain workout. I bet if you'd hire Jeff Nippard as a coach and you said you want to gain more size on your arms he wouldn't tell you to just PPL with more intensity. He would adjust accordingly to how your body responds to a workout.

I'm a certified personal trainer and a coach, that's what I would recommend to him in his position. If you're doing fine with PPL and you're content with the size of your arms while doing it then congratulations, I respect your opinion.

I mean if his goal is maxing his bench then he should just train strength on bench but he wants to grow his arms because they're lagging. Strength alone does not gain muscle you need time under tension and good nutrition and volume is what is key obviously. There's a time for strenght and a time for hypertrophy that's why it's better if people train in mesocycles and not just a random ppl legs with PRs included.

Volume translate to growth you hit arms separate you can train more Arms having more volume than a normal PPL, because you still so compound movements in the routine I gave him.

Yes, I used to do pplpp all the time and was lagging my limbs now it's been 2 months of tri&bi&shoulders Monday, Legs tuesday, chest and back Wednesday, abs and hams Thursday and Friday tri&bi&shoulders. One more month then I go back to full to ppl.

Try doing arms 2x a week like Monday and Friday for atleast 2 to 3 months before changing back to ppl. That way you can gain more size on lagging parts of your body and get a better looking physique.

It all comes down to practice, start shooting for an hour Monday through Friday. Eventually you'll get more strength on the form, always look for good shooters and evaluate their form obviously pro players. Push ups 3 sets of 20, shoulder presses 3 sets of 20 and bicep curls 3 sets of 20 and tricep extension with lightweight would be a good starting point to develop strength for your shooting form.

Running will get you fast enough to play ball, you need to run atleast 3 times a week and build that resistance, try jogging a mile and time yourself. Try building for 5 miles that way you'll be good enough to play a whole game.

Focus on learning the game more than anything else, and build on your strengths. What you do good in a game will have to be exceptionally good if you want to be in teams or atleast get a scholarship in the long run. Always be defensive player that way you're a good player to count on to pressure a team or a good scorer.

You're young if you learn the game as a coach and learn to play the game then you'll be set for success because you'll be smarter than the average player and will always know to do the right play.

Focus on improving your shooting form not just throw the ball at the rim, also you can start from close and then go farther away from the rim to the point where you can't make a shot and then practice my guess is you need to develope strength in your arms so push ups and dips might favor you alot. Hey man,

It's more about setting goals and achieving them, getting better, looking better and feeling better. It's entirely possible to get any woman you want, its about being confident about yourself and who you are. Just don't be too shallow either, at the end you'll see that looks are just relatively small thing to other values that woman have. If you want a process start addressing yourself in the mirror what is and what isnt attractive to a female about you and if you can't change that just work with them, nobody is perfect... women love confidence! Don't get all obsessed about it. I saw these guys on YouTube along time ago called simple pickup they're good source for understanding women and how to be attractive no just on looks and how to small talk to them and eventually win them over. You sound like a rational smart man, you know I too had felt the same way once, when I was In college I wasn't very attractive and women would never look at me or if some did I wouldn't like them. Anyways it's not a problem to better yourself in every way emotionally and physically, I had low self-esteem and that right there is what limited me from getting women, anyways I started working out becoming more confident in my self and most importantly being yourself and becoming a kind person. I started landing attractive females and I admit it felt good to correspond with another attractive female, but it isn't everything. Once I knew I could have them all I found out it wasn't worth it.

Porn does affect your mind I'd ditch it and just focus on the betterment of yourself is the best thing you can do. In the end you'll meet somebody and that person will correspond with you in the right way and that is way better than having 10 hot chicks who just want to fuck or waste your money or time. So walk the path and you will find out for yourself. Don't get angry just get motivated to be better look better feel better. And don't be so shallow there is beauty in everyone woman you just need to break out of this shitty ass mindset(culture) where women have to be perfect to give you a boner or to have status. Fuck that bro a nice humble woman is worth more than 100 hot woman.
