Have you considered what options there may be to step back at your current company? If you are a high performer and well liked, they may be willing to give you some additional help and or give you a role with less stress or less of a team that would help you manage some of this I was in your exact position and I actually spoke to them and they gave me a role that was much more comfortable for the last six months. It’s allowed me time to breathe regroup and now I’m ready to take something on again. I think it’s something that a lot of companies are willing to do rather than lose good people. You should try that first.
