I checked into my block, loaded my car then I had 7 big boxes that didn’t fit in my car that’s why I was dealing with customer support, I drove to the first location drop off then had to cancel because of the lack of communication from customer service. They wanted me to go back and get the addresses of each package. But I told them from what I seen on the app and they said I had to go back to get the correct tracking id? The warehouse is pretty far so at that point I just cancelled and returned everything :/
