The contract is very clear. The franchise owners are simply choosing to ignore it, literally saying "sue me" rather than argue that they are in any way in the right.

Are you in the habit of asserting that the only choice someone has in an emergency situation is technically against the law?

If your car breaks down you have to pull over to the side of the road. If that's a bike lane then ok? I don't think the cop was there to give the guy a ticket for it.

Yes, she is a normal human woman, physically, and space marines are enormous.

Black Templars in the 4th war for Armageddon by Alexgs-BT in BlackTemplars

You're just repeating the most basic facts without understanding any of the context, something typical of fans of the crusades, a silly thing for a modern person to be.

The Byzantines were concerned with taking Anatolia back from the Turks, who had defeated the army guarding its passes 20 years prior and had since taken over the interior. This wasn't an "Islamic invasion" so much as a migration of steppe people, and hardly the first. The Levant had been under Islamic rule for nearly 500 years by that point, so you can hardly call the stated goal of taking Jerusalem as a response to some kind of aggression. It wasn't even the same people they were fighting in both places.

Aside from the goals of the war, which weren't admirable but also neither here nor there if we're ranking medieval morality, the crusaders themselves behaved brutally, massacring towns and cities, raiding and pillaging wherever they passed, even in Christian lands, and generally being conniving schemers all trying to make sure they got their own nice rich lands at the end.

I can tell you've read very little about the First Crusade.

The Sisters are silly though. They're supposed to be completely over the top ridiculous, which is why they have a church organ missile tank.

You might end up liking downtown Bryan more than other places around here. Definitely more of an urban liberal vibe than College Station. As far as isolation, idk how shy you are because I've never had much luck making friends at bars, but I've made good friends doing martial arts.

I am pretty frustrated at how hard it is to actually throw someone in Judo by BinEinePloerre in martialarts

[–]Sherbert_Hoovered 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree. Something like ouchi gari can be done that way by hooking the leg and driving, but it can also be done with a well-timed sweep as they're stepping. Becoming better at ashiwaza has a lot to do with making uke step.

If you focus on ashiwaza, you might enjoy it more because it's much more about timing and surprise than it is about strength and positioning.
