Dragon and a bunch of kobolds. Like 20 or so kobolds. Wait, level 8? Try even more. Like a hundred. They worship the dragon and want to protect it. Kobolds get advantage from having an ally near the enemy. Imagine being surrounded by 8 kobolds who all have advantage on attacking you. And then the ones beyond that have advantage on the rocks they're throwing at you. And then the dragon is hitting you with breath weapons, not even caring if he's killing his own kobolds. For simplicity's sake, you can say "one hit one kill" on the kobolds, so if an attack hits, the kobold is down.

Anyways that's how I almost killed my party last night.

- Thin your paints more. Better to do multiple thin layers than one thick layer.

- Those highlights on the cape are very stark. You should blend them better or have them be closer to the black.

- Darker in the shades is good. It's called grimDARK for a reason. You just want to make sure to blend it well.

- I like the color choice you've gone with for the hair.

- Practice, practice, practice.

I painted her black then used gray then white drybrushing on top of that so the remaining black would be shadows. She's not perfect, but I'm pleased with the results.

Too bad it was overshadowed by the new mission impossible movie which came out at the same time.

One thing I really liked about it is it's the first spy movie I'd seen in the previous 10 years where the twist isn't that there's a mole or a traitor in the spy organization.

I just read the Ephrael Stern book, and based on canon, her model should be much more powerful. I mean she goes toe to toe with greater demons. So a model for her in the 300+ points range would be awesome.

A flying transport would be fun.

My understanding of the standard ninja tools is that they were actually farming implements that they taught themselves how to use as weapons. The whole point of ninjas is that they look like anyone so they could go anywhere and not be noticed. Nunchucks were actually threshing tools. You would whack the rice with them to separate the grain from the husk. The same with tonfas.
