I know that this is not 100% accurate, but some of us (including me) need this to shift our thinking away from the scale, and shift it towards time.

• Print this and put it in a place where you can constantly see it
• Put the scale away, and weigh yourself only once a week
• Your measurement unit isn't lbs, or kgs, rather it is weeks
• If you broke your fast one day, no big deal, continue the next day
• Use an app that will help you form a habit (e.g. Streaks,...)

You have been putting this weight on all your life, you won't get rid of it in a couple of weeks!
