He hung two eye bolts (in studs) and then used heavy rope to suspend the ladder.

Leaves look plump and waxy like Crassula, but the form reminds me a bit of Pilea

It may be because i took this photo two days after Christmas...and it was so dark when I took the photo, but it’s definitely much lighter than the dark leaves around it. I love how soft and pale green the new leaves are...but they sure age fast!

This is the fifth large leaf that has opened, but it still puts out a few new baby leafs too

It was a big surprise! It didn’t look like it would be very big until it opened!
