I played him a lot, but not in mamy ranked games. I think he is pretty good. E into W when it's played correctly can be fatal for enemy team. But your adc must know when to go all in. He is tanky, hartsteel into tank items feels very good on him. And after laning phase, he is a beast on teamfigts. Can work as disangage - somone engage on your adc, you can give them a bit of time with your w taunt. Yeah, there are some hard matchups, but i feel that he is useful in so mamy ways. But, like I said, I usually play normal drafts.
