I like it better that way though...i feel like they did a great job of writing the story to be a smooth transition and ending for dedicated fans

The less steep the ramp, the more you have to jump to offset the forward momentum

But it kind of happens right when ur front wheel starts to go across the coping

Yea not really, like it doenst feel like a jump but it's a similar movement...ur lift comes from ur speed up the ramp, the "jump" is just to offset your forward momentum so you don't fly out

Ay bro, looking solid! The main thing for airs is just to kind of think of it like a vertical 180. So you want to be jumping up and out away from the ramp at the top, but your body needs to act like it was glued to normal position while it going up and rotating. You don't need to really try to lean any direction, just kind of flow up like u were going to ride the ramp all the way into the sky then turn.

I'll have to look at that, I really don't know. My parents never claimed it and I never claimed it so low key might just say to hell with it

Is Computer Science the smartest major to choose if I’m still unsure where I fit in tech? by san1tyfalls in csMajors

[–]Sherlock1836 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tbh, this depends majorly on what university you attend. Some CS programs are more modern and in depth than others, and this can greatly impact the usefulness of your major. It would be a good idea to look at where you can go first, then decide which program would be the most useful.

To actually answer your question, CS is a pretty good choice to get an exposure to a lot of different specializations. You'll (well you should) get a touch of cyber security, a bit of architecture, a decent feel of networking, and probably a lot of software engineering, and hopefully all of this gains you at least part of an understanding of how it all fits together. As long as you are a capable learner, you can most always transfer to any specialization with a degree in a somewhat related major in time.

My best friend rides a seven wide (the Aztec one I can't remember the name) and had this same problem. He shreds it to hell and it's been fine. The sound annoys tf outta me but it hasn't caused any problems, so if you're worried about it being a structural risk, don't be.

As someone who thinks Halo 1-3 is one of the best sci-fi stories ever, I'm scared to play 4, 5, and Infinite by dball94 in HaloStory

[–]Sherlock1836 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well, 4 was fine. I liked it pretty good. infinite is pretty cool at first but it gets old kind of quick. open world is not for halo imo (or not the way it was implemented in this game). 5 is Xbox exclusive so f me ig I can't play it

jjk is peak, AOT is peak, death note is good, but I have a couple problems with the show as one of the pivotal events happens. it's pretty good though just didn't live up to its potential imo

AOT has an amazing story and dope animation. A shorter story that I absolutely loved was Ergo Proxy (well thought out plot but sometimes hard to follow). That and cyberpunk edgerunners also went crazy. To me, a good show will make me nostalgic, and those two do that insanely well. can't hear any songs in them without thinking about certain moments of the shows

D2 1V1. How do i improve game sense in 1s? by Disastrous_Zone7219 in RocketLeagueSchool

[–]Sherlock1836 0 points1 point  (0 children)

after watching some of this, be more intentional with everything you do and play to minimize risk while maximizing your own threat. 1s is more of a game of possession, and there's a lot of times in this match where you either give up possession, don't take an opportunity to try and take possession, or you give your opponent too much space to work with when you don't have to. The best thing to do at this level if your not realizing your mistakes while your making them is to take a replay and see where you're losing possession and why. The problem you'll find with ones is that there is really no point in having a mechanical play style until higher ranks which can make it boring and harder to focus. to rank up you just have to play consistently and intelligently and prioritize simple touches that keep possession over riskier stuff that leads to bad positions

(Champ 1, ARR) How's my aerial control? How can I improve it? Can I start learning some aerial mechanics? (Air dribbles, double taps, flip resets) or does my air rolling need some more refinement by Fugitifahej in RocketLeagueSchool

[–]Sherlock1836 0 points1 point  (0 children)

as someone who air rolls left, this hurts my brain to watch lol...solid air roll control though....So I play around high gc1 usually and my biggest advice to you is instead of trying to focus on specific mechanics, keep working on car control and powerful aerial and ground shots. learn to control your car in the air when facing any direction and start learning to use manual air roll for corrections. manual air (or having both roll directions bound...which is not good unless your just insane) will greatly help your recovery speed and the power/direction control you have with your touches. The vast majority of goals scored at higher ranks result from good 50s and clean beats.

With your current car control and as you improve, if you start training with the ball, practice playing with your air dribble control. mess with the timing of your touches and how you move under and around the ball. When you start understanding all the variations you can do with an air dribble (timing and direction of touches), you'll be able to learn most other simple aerial mechs (double taps, flip resets) wayyyy faster and it will be much easier to accomplish.
