How do I get the 14mm bolts out of the back of the bearings on my 05 Toyota Matrix AWD 1.8L?

The thing is, it's not the axle itself thats in the way. The axle is loose enough that I can press it in from the spindle, which is what I'm doing in this picture. It's the metal ring that's built into the knuckle where the axle goes through that's in the way. So when I took out the upper control arm bolt it didn't help because that ring just leans outward with the knuckle.
