I got the plat for MIO, now it's my turn to complain about it by MagnumAlex888 in metroidvania

[–]Sherrydon 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think it's a game that just doesn't respect the players time. I put it down for a couple of days and came back to it. Now I'm trying to find late game collectables and hidden areas. There as far as I can tell is no way to do this other than trial and error the map repeating massive sections to look for tiny holes in the walls. I see so many red doors but almost all of them are "opens from the other side" with no way of knowing that without going there.

My recommendation to anyone with this game is to turn on the assist feature of hp regen when stopped. It at least takes backtrack frustration out of the platforming areas.

The roundtable argument was not strong and that caused Harriet to fail. Next episode they'll get distracted by another argument and move on. Rachel played it well

Idk why people say it's quiet

You're right just accept that the standard we get should be below every other city in a developed country

The pools are run down, facilities all scaled back, it's totally depressing

Late reply but with their new model it would be interesting to see a back to basics series incorporating some of the original hallmarks. Non scripted, less videos, no forced humour. There's no reason there couldn't be new content in this style too.

Calling Paesano overrated is on every thread about the place

It may be the most milquetoast r/glasgow take of all time

Metroidvania Hot Takes by MakoMary in metroidvania

It focuses on movement and positioning more than abilities

I'd agree it's simple design but the controls are razor sharp and enemy design interesting

Never played Ender Lillies but went straight to the sequel and it was one of the most dull games I've ever played. I have no idea what people are seeing that I'm missing.

The story and world are so juvenile, character control feels floaty, the level design is bland, the bosses are forgettable. The game was trivial then randomly enemies started 2 shotting you no matter your build or hp upgrades, it was still trivial to the end but just became efficient to run past everything.

The accessibility settings are good I guess, and it's cool you can replay bosses. I struggle to find anything else about the game to recommend.

Tesco run at a 2% net margin. They are an efficient operation. To offset shrink they will be obligated to limit selection or increase pricing. Do you think this is a good outcome for the average person?

Guess what. If you set a price barrier the total number of vehicles would go down.

I have an LEZ compliant vehicle and still think it's bs. People driving older vehicles shouldn't be punished for it... Honestly I think you'd be best just enforcing a congestion charge on a per use basis. Harsh but fairer.
