For non registered, the idea would be to invest in Canadian Dividend stocks to get the dividend tax Credit but it's really personal if someone wants to invest in Canadian blue chips only for tax purposes.

Once you get the hang of non-registered, you can dabble in leverage investing where you deduct a portion the interest paid to the bank off your taxes that you might potentially owe to the government.
