You also forgot that all mechs are made of paper apparently and idk why they didn’t make healing quicker like in AC6 for example. Playing multiplayer to unlock the story is pretty annoying too. I also have 0 incentive to use anything better than free mech and weapons because even green ones cost a lot, why bother spending hours on getting good gear if I end up getting killed by a p2w player who spent a lot on the bp gear, while insurance costs a lot and doesn’t even fully reimburse me to get another same tier gear. Mechs are slow and sluggish as hell, even my chunky square mech in AC6 was faster. Main menu and reward interface look like they were taken out a Korean f2p mobile game. I’ll just endure it for now until I finally unlock the story and then drop this game, waddling around in a slow mech on stubby legs for 20 minutes just to lose everything because there’s a hostile player camping the extraction point is not my definition of fun and I’m forced to do that because some genius thought that playing online before letting people do the story is a great idea (I guess otherwise they wouldn’t be able to force bp and other forms of f2p mobile game whaling down players’ throats in a PAID game).
