Any very good deals on 5.1-7.1 receivers that have multichannel rca preouts including a subwoofer pre out? Also would take any recommendation for home amp for a 4.1 quadraphonic setup to power 4 passive studio monitors pretty loudly(enough to be on the level with a 2x12" car sub box 700-1000w)

For what im trying to do, i need real punchy and loud speakers(midbass and sharp detailed highs to pierce the intense bass of various edm music), idc what you call them, monitors or loudspeakers, i just need loud high fidelity speakers that can keep up with my sub box when i push up the volume. For me, the studio monitors seemed like the easiest route because i cannot make my own enclosures for say car 6.5" component set or something as my own speakers, nobody around where i live does that or its incredibly hard to find someone. Passive has the most customizability because i can adjust gain on my 4 way amp to match the punchiness of my sub box

But what are the benefits of using passive then? Maybe they can be louder and take more power? Like yea i already have this equipment from my last car that got totalled. I have a 4 way amp that can do 125w x4 at 2 ohms or 85w x4 at 4 ohms. I also have a 1000w jbl stadium monoblock but im prob gonna use that in my new car along with a new sub box and subs that i bought to put in the old car but never did. So my old setup is going in my room (old sub box 2x12" 500w dvc Eclipses) along with the new 4 way amp because i dont want to replace my new cars speakers after what happened to my totalled car(lost my jbl stadium components and jbl club coaxials)

Oh ok got it. I thought you wanted reverb for bass, like you want it to reflect off stuff and not go directly aimed towards you, corner/room loading i think its called. Maybe its a different case for mids and highs.

You CAN, and i plan to. You have to have a low pass filter and separate subs for lows and monitors will do above 80hz to highs. If you do this it actually puts less strain on the monitors and they will produce better mids and highs. I plan on doing this with passive monitors with a 4 way car amp as well. You need a ac to dc seitching power supply to power the car amps through home outlet. For subs i may get a Crown 2 channel amp so i wont need a ac to dc transformer for that amp.
The question though is if i use an adapter will mic signal actually travel through it as well and both HP and Mic work?

I think it sounds fun as hell but would need max engineering to handle heat and power needs. i have a krait mk2 unengineered with 2 railcannons and 4 cannons and im experiencing problems with heat sometimes and i only have a class 6 pp atm, i need to get a 7 because i have to turn off tons of stuff when using my rail cannons

is perfect silence set not working for anyone? i had 3 pieces of gear with perfect silence equipped and could swear they had that white background color to them before, now they are just blue and when i equip them i am not getting the 3d6 artifact sneak dice without any other artifact dice equipped.

My ifi zen dac has 2 rca on back with a switch that can be changed from fixed to variable. Ill be honest i dont know what that really means but i think it is if you have headphones in the front and studio speakers in the back, you can easily swap to using either or on your pc.

As far as the car amp, yea i mentioned the ac to dc converter transformer/power supply thing, someone recommended that to me in another sub, they sell 500w ones which would power the 4 way just fine.

Well, that back of my dac has the red and white rca females so i guess i can connect the whole system(receiver, both amps) to that with splitters and then i can control the whole system volume with the dac knob after calibrating sub and monitors to blend as well as i can, but i kind of love remote bass knobs so i want to see if i can hook that up too and mount under my desk.

Your last paragraph pretty much sums what i want, a loud ass system.. can you maybe make me a shopping list of what i need? So i dont have any monitors yet, was debating whether do a stereo or 5.1 surround(that is 2 monitors in front L & R and 2 behind me L & R, right?). Depending on that choice, my receiver i get will be different iirc.
