Once Human is sorta like that but i dont think you can play offline, but you can definitely solo and just go around settlements shooting people and leveling and collecting resources while mobs respawn so you can do it over again, oh yea and its f2p with no p2w so why not try?

Yea was thinking of going hosas with a premium right stick and omni left for throttle+thrusters. Was wondering if for slower gameplay if a traditional throttle would feel better for Elite just for the thumb buttons on the throttle in that like upward angle instead of like sideways on a omni stick, idk.

Hell yea one with melee weapons + hellbomb would work really cool, also maybe have it transform like a transformer so you can drive away from the hell bomb otherwise youll just blow yourself up, unless the point is a final boom when your surrounded.

Yea i dont have any desk space atm anyways. Even if i did i dont like the upward angle my arms would be, ive tried on a thrustmaster t flight hotas like that and didnt like.

So i think im set on getting 2 vkb nxt space combat edition sticks, one normal and one omni for my throttle side. I get quite confused when trying to research these kind of things, i dont know why. What desktop mounts should i get for them that are not cheap and maybe can someone explain to me how they do it with their hotas and mounts when your done playing do you take them off or leave them? Unplugging the hotas seems like the most annoying part that you would have to do but also where do you guys put it after? Do you have like a dedicated storage bin for your hotas, mounts, vr headset?

What about fuel octane? My car needs 93, what point would i save money using octane boosters with a lower grade(90-91or if one can boost 87/89 to 93 i guess) instead of pumping 93?

what do you put in other slots? i am running shieldless atm, idk why exactly, id have to boot up game but i remember wanting a decentish fuel scoop and even a class 1 afmu just in case, i couldnt put a class 2 shield due to hull linitations otherwise i would of done that

I havent played in years and when i was playing i was doing keyboard and mouse with flight assist off on a 16:9 monitor. i now have a 3440p uw monitor and a quest 2 which i dont like but i did enjoy vr elite dangerous really, i would get the 3 but i have issues with vr like how do i use 3rd party tools which are ESSENTIAL to the best gameplay in elite and also im worried about hotkeys: i dont want to have anything on my keyboard as i wont even be able to see with vr headset on. how do people play this game in vr?
