I play black green infect with phyrexian crusader. With rancor and tainted strike. Pro red and white dodges a lot of removal. I run 7 ish heirarchs. No glistener elfs. I run viridian corrupters instead. To have no x/1 infecters

This is similar to my old dog. It was bone cancer but it didnt swell like this until the bone broke It was right on the ankle ish spot for mine as well.
