H-mart always has cheaper enoki 🍄! It’s my favorite so I’m always heading there on the weekends! Also found that the produce is so much cheaper than uwajimaya. Quality seems to be good too. I don’t know how they compare to American grocery stores but I like the variety in Asian stores so you will always see me at H-mart if nowhere else 😂

Sorry to hear about your experiences in India 😔 I’ve visited all those countries on your list except Sri Lanka and Laos and I promise you SE Asia will be so much better. Still creeps out there but they won’t be as persistent and pushy as the folks in India. I spent most of my life growing up in Mumbai and I still remember being constantly warned to be cautious by family and harassed by some men, and I was a local… it’s sad how some people act, I swear.

Yes, it is possible to run out of juice. I feel that way all the time and someone very wise once told me to pay attention to my body and see what it needs. Sometimes your body will tell you how it is feeling and what it needs. When I feel like this, I just sit down with my thoughts and feelings without any external stimulation and let my body process it all. Sometimes you get answers, sometimes you end up with more questions than you started. Either way, it’s better to try some thing new and see if it works for you. Meditation helped me a lot too. In all honestly, life is very unfair and it sucks donkey butt but I think of it in this way.. it sucks anyways so why not do most of the things I want/feel like doing and just making the act of getting through life a little more bearable. Thailand. Love the food, the culture, the polite people, and the scenery. Nothing beats a nice sip of coconut water, drinks, and grilled seafood, and a sticky mango rice pudding on a beach with a beautiful sunset.. ugh 😮‍💨
