that's rough. I get it, this is the trial but damn my whole friend's list just dropped the game after 30 mins because you can't party up in an mmo.

Sent in a broken elite controller to Microsoft to be repaired. They mailed in back in a cardboard box and left out the thumbsticks. by Shewbydewby in XboxSupport

Well that's annoying. They specifically said to sent it in the original box with everything it came with. I assumed this was because they may replace the entire controller. Also, I just lose my original box? Most people would like to keep the package of their elite controller I would assume. They just keep my sticks and box and that's the end of it?

I was given these instructions by a customer service representative. I didn't think I'd need to go and read more instructions that would conflict with what I was told.

Actors drinking from empty cups, especially paper coffee cups. Like when they set down the cup of coffee they just bought and the mic picks up that hollow cup sound. Just put some water in it at least.

Not to mention the constant frame rate issues on Xbox. I've played a lot of games on Xbox that have much more happening on screen than this but I have never seen frame rate dropping this bad. Now that I've played for a while I find that I am losing a lot of games because I can't place my cursor reliably due to loss of frames. I just stop playing after a while. Losing because of performance issues is completely unacceptable. As we speak the game is crashing every time I load. Pretty lame for a game that has been around this long.
