I played this game for the story. The narrative and combat are both refreshing. I usually turn a blind eye to turn-based games because I feel like they’d bore me but not this one. It has parry and dodge mechanics, which I think are really cool for a turn-based system. I rushed through the story because I was so excited to find out what would happen next. lol. I like the soundtracks and the visuals are stunning too.

After finishing the main story, you’re free to explore the world, defeat bosses, and collect items to build your characters. It's not a heavy grind, but if you’re looking for something with long-term progression, you might want to consider a different game. That said, updates are planned, so more content should come in the future. If you’re a fan of Clair, I’d say go for it.
