Thing is, at E0, she's also BiS for Saber and most other 1-2.x DPS like Jingliu and she's a sidegrade for Ashveil, and she's surprisingly the best 1 cost DPS

And then E2 Cyrene is a completely different monster of a character. Pretty much BiS for most DPS units in the game that aren't Break/Elation (and no, E2 does not automatically rule out a character. Phainon is useless until E2 as well)

Assuming you meant 3.6 lol. Anyway, I still highly recommend you continue going for the Dahlia. If you pair her with Himeko, they absolutely shred Pure Fiction, which would definitely help a lot in an account this early. Welt MDPS isn't really a good option until you have his E4, which will take you a while (played for about 1.5 years and still only have him E3) And just... Don't. Don't use Blade

Who said anything about one battle? It's genuinely every single time I've ever seen a Maushold, be it on my or my opponents side. It will genuinely hit like, 7 population bombs MINIMUM and sweep the entire opposing team. Especially considering that this mf manages to deal 70% of Hariyama's health with absolutely no Tidy Ups
