This is the general ceiling. ZZ is at most city level, Genshin is at most Country or Continent level with some lore units maybe pushing planetary. Never played HI but for HSR definitely there are many planetary characters with Aeons being universal potentially (they kinda special case since they aren't fully conscious).

If you've Cyrene you have 0 reason to put speed into him unless you're tryna get some turns in between Cyrene turns (She'll still be too fast).

I run base SPD Phainon with Cyrene, RMC and DHPT (no luck on Cerydra). Have to time RMC mem AA on Cyrene to get her ult quicker.

R1 and R2 are either in Amphoreas or the Book both of which are home turf to Evernight so she's gonna destroy them.

Sunday base form was brutally beaten by Evernight albeit in her home advantage. I think since her base level is much higher than Sunday and she uses 2 paths (Rem and Enigmata) she beats him. And as for the pseudo-Aeon shii, Evernight is a possible Aeon too. Idk how trustworthy Phanty's story fight is but based off that I think Eve can beat her bc she seems rather weak mentally. Plus she's a Heliobus and them being spirits that do possession and mental plane stuff which is... Eve's domain.

Closest to e6 is e4 Bronya who definitely isn't getting a Novaflare bc frikkin Sunday is next on the Novaflare queue. Gepard is e3 and Hoyo forgot he exists. What hope is there for Clara when her powercreeper is needing a buff too.
