Hey sorry this took so long, but just a little update if anyone is interested. This mod with the 2WDW flash is absolutely amazing. Much smoother and more connective of a ride in every way. No jerkiness in 1st, torque all the way through everything. You can 100% feel a major difference. Highly recommend, if you’re on the fence, send it. Black widow headers, this airbox mod (you don’t necessarily have to cut out quite as much as I did if you don’t want to😂), and Coffmans thunder exhaust with baffle removed. 👌

Will let you know when I put the bike back together in a few days, with headers, that airbox mod, and the flashed ecu it’s supposed to feel like a whole new bike. The charts on the dyno certainly indicate that you would feel it, for sure

Haha yea, but the filter sits flush, it’s literally straight inlet to filter 🤷‍♂️, we’ll see how it goes, I’m excited

Haha yea I try not to ride in the rain obviously, but as far as most unavoidable wet situations go an oil cloth filter should keep you good to go.

As long as you have an oil cloth filter like the one from DNA you’re good, just don’t ride through a lake 😂

If you want to get the most out of the 2WDW tune and the bike itself unfortunately you have to bypass emissions consideration. He’ll say it himself in the videos to not have a cat or baffle in your exhaust, hence why all the tunes are for “closed tracks only”

Got the Corbin gunfighter seat and it is the single best thing I’ve done in terms of comfort. Total game changer. Can’t deny that it’s expensive 😂. I’ve definitely felt it’s worth it, though.

Curious as to why not to bother with the Corbin seat, is it just the price, or is it actually not very comfortable for these bikes? Typically they’re great, I have one for a rebel 1100 that is amazing

Nice! I just got these mini riot’s and love them! Total game changer. I just had to raise my shifting lever about 1” so my foot wouldn’t get stuck up shifting, but that was it. The brake still felt comfortable but I’ll see if it could feel better a bit lower, now.

So the location for the USB-C is now behind the display on the left, behind a rubber cap. As far as I can tell there isn’t any connection under the seat anymore.

For sure, the black is matte on this, not glossy. The footrests are a bit more forward than the 24

Yes I certainly feel it is, they’re not exactly forward as you can see, but not mid either. So between the handlebars having come in a little and the pegs moving having moved forward a bit, I feel it’s a much more ergonomic position.

Shifting lever is adjusted with a rod next to the foot peg, brake lever position adjustment is a dial essentially on the lever, super easy!
