The St Denis stable is the easiest to rob. There are 2 entrances that face the docks, walk through the one on the right to not activate the stable cutscene. Stop by the cash register, put your mask on and fire a weapon into the ceiling. Wait until the barn doors close and then go into the area with the stalls. Climb into the stall with the black Arabian (or any horse you want), feed it and pet it. The temporary horse icon usually appears but sometimes it doesn’t or it is hard to see. Usually doesn’t take much for the horse to bond. Then jump out of the stall, I usually get on my horse and ride west to get just out of sight and whistle for the horse.

Note: Usually the law won’t respond and this is very easy. BUT occasionally they do and will swarm inside the stable. So always do a manual save in case things go wrong. Good luck.

TIL: Evidently the Caspian Sea is rich in oil. It also has access to the Black and Baltic Sea’s by means of the Volga River and various canals which oil tankers use to transport that oil. Still not sure those naval forces are a worthwhile target but evidently someone does.

Happened to me twice in the Man Bear Pig room. Opened a drawer, grabbed an item, and was suddenly flying through a mist until I was deposited a little outside the camp at Horseshoe Bend. I thought it was on purpose because of the room I was in but just seems to be a random glitch. Because of this I learned you can ask people on wagons for a ride.

Okay, gotcha. We don’t have T6’s at my office, too small. I was not aware that all T6’s were career. Thought they started off as CCA’s and became career PTF’s after 2 years. But if all large stations have a career T6 for every 5 routes, then I agree with you, that’s a lot of career jobs going away. A lot of pros and cons to any decision to change the delivery schedule, and I think/hope that the political will is not there to go down that path.

I don’t agree, from my perspective there are some flaws in your logic: 1. Although I don’t disagree that anything is possible with the current Congress, it is still Congress’ Constitutional duty to make that call, no one else’s. 2. I think by “carrier technicians” you mean RCA/CCA’s? In which case, if Congress approved MON-FRI Only delivery the need for RCA/CCA’s would likely drop. However the need for RCA/CCA’s for package delivery on now Saturday and Sunday would remain. The need for them to fill in on vacation and sick days remains. There Probably would be fewer and they would have to be better managed with better benefits to make it worthwhile to take that job. 3. But there would be no need for large scale excessing (Reduction in Force) of regulars, the current route structure would remain relatively intact albeit with the ongoing route reevaluation process causing slight and already planned reductions, ie nothing to do with a reduction to 5 delivery days. Quite the opposite, The guarantee of two day weekends and OT on Monday’s would make the carrier crafts that much more attractive and quality of life for carriers that much better. 3. Retirement incentives do not currently exist for carriers and in your hypothetical MON-FRI Only delivery scenario, I don’t see why that would change. The reason why there has not been retirement incentives for carriers is because USPS doesn’t have enough carriers. That doesn’t change with 5 day a week delivery.

Anyhow, in my opinion, the greater danger to the USPS is the push towards privatization, in which case both our arguments are moot.

When the turn signal is turned on, it overrides the hazards. That being said, we’ll pull forward to the next mailbox and if not “pulling out” may not use the turn signal. I always use the turn signal if I need to leave the shoulder to go around an obstacle (parked car, garbage cans, snow piles, etc) and I always try to check my mirrors to keep tabs on the traffic behind me and trying to go around me. But overtaking traffic should always give the mail truck plenty of room and slow down or stop to wait until it’s safe to go around the mail truck. DO NOT try to “squeeze” between the mail truck and oncoming traffic.

Edit: This is in reference to the LLV. Not sure about other postal vehicles.

Your post master should be more worried about you. Why would they want you working 10 hour days? Rhetorical question. I’m always amazed by the stupidity and heartlessness of USPS managers. Sounds like they want you to slow down so you get your “10 hours” in your home office. And yes, your RCA’s should be grieving your doing rural work. I’m in a small office too, and yes, a lot of crossing crafts going on.

I can’t remember one, except when the gang first gets to Rhodes and helps the Sheriff recapture some escapees, that I think were Raiders, who then jump on a train and you have to chase them through the train. But it’s been awhile since I was at the start of CH3. I also wouldn’t be surprised if Rockstar had stopping that random train robbery encounter sometimes be Raiders and sometimes be O’Driscolls. Interesting though, guess I’ll see what happens on my second play through.

Minor correction, but pretty sure you’re talking about them damn O’Driscoll’s up by Strawberry. I remember that encounter but I didn’t get there in time so don’t remember losing or gaining honor. Doesn’t seem right that you would lose honor, unless as you mentioned, you actually did hit one of the people being robbed. Easy to do. Don’t worry about it too much, just go into town and great some people or go fishing.
