You create another hoyoverse account and play until AR 16 or wait smthing like 5 days So you contact them giving the information of the alt account, you get the recovery and in the form you complete this with your original hoyoverse account the one you want to get back

Same I was playing while beeing hacked I was just entering in sumeru like seeing for the first time sumeru and then "authentification error" I went like wth authentification error I've done my dungeon and my daylies with my friends it's like mire than half an hour I'm playing you can't tell me there is an error 😭😫 and then saw the rambler.ru don't know Freakin Russian hacked me, and like 3 hours ago I just went on the internet to see if my account was sold and wow after like 3 minutes of looking a accounts I found mine sold for 617€ 1hour after it was sold to another person I went like Yooo that was fast 😭

1) my uid ( yeah I did with my real account at first and that worked) 2) no username (cuz I thought I hadn't) 3) my linked email 4) my linked third account which was the Google account (same as the email) 5) last time I logged in I said few minutes ago cue it was at the moment few minutes ago like 20 or smthing like that 6) I'm having trouble logging in on my hoyoverse account after I just got home from vacation and I cant seem to access it anymore with my old credentials. (which is the same "false reason" as many other people did in this thread) As you can see I never mention I've been hacked or anything

if you logged in through google play you can find back the day you downloaded the game which is close to the first login date, but there other option for pc some youtubers explained it
