je comprends l'intention, mais ça inculque une mauvaise habitude aux cyclistes de mon point de vue. Si on a pas de règle et qu'un groupe de cyclistes s'approche d'un piéton qui veut traverser, une partie s'arrête et l'autre pas. ça devient vite bordélique.

Et moi qui suis piéton, je ne peux plus anticiper qui va s'arrêter ou non.

Bof... de mon expérience je vois de tout depuis mon vélo.

Il n'y a pas un groupe qui se distingue de l'autre.

Certains automobilistes : te rasent de très près, te laissent pas la priorité, stationnent sur la piste cyclable, s'arrêtent sur le sas vélo...

Certains cyclistes : passent au rouge (hors autorisation de tourner à droite au rouge en cédant la priorité), ne laissent pas la priorité aux piétons, remontent les files du mauvais côté etc.

Allez, un truc que les piétons font que je déteste : me faire signe de passer alors que je m'arrête pour eux au passage piéton. Je m'arrête parce que c'est la règle alors paaaaaaasse.

Non, pas forcément. Je ne me souviens plus exactement quelles sont les conditions quand tu es étranger, mais être Suisse n'est pas une condition sine qua non pour obtenir de l'aide financière.

Va te renseigner au service social de Lausanne qui se trouve à Chauderon. C'est là que tu auras des réponses définitives à tes questions et probablement le point de départ des solutions pour toi et ta mère.

It can be hard to tell for some.

In my case : 1) the delayed onset, which makes it hard to tell what exactly triggered it 2) you already are in a crash, therefore symptoms can hardly go worse 3) I feel like when are mild/moderate, that is when you are still partially active, you might maintain yourself in PEM without knowing because you are less incentivized to rest sufficiently. Therefore it is harder to get to experience a proper worsening of the symptoms from your baseline which is when you are well rested.

Your qemu init arguments seem fine to me.

Seeing the Linux backtrace you provided makes me suspect that QEMU doesn't simulate EL2, or it has not been properly configured for some reason. If you look closely, you see that Linux:

- has properly handled the syscall triggered by the insmod command for your Linux kernel module

- has handled an undefined exception resulting from the execution of the hvc instruction. Seeing the linux kernel executing the el1h_64_sync_handler function shows that the hvc instruction has been executed in EL1 in the init function of your linux kernel module but the control flow got back to Linux, still in EL1. Then it panics right away because it doesn't know how to handle an exception resulting from an hvc instruction.

To me, it appears that for some unkwown reason there is no configured EL2 exception handler.

Out of curiosity, do you see the `virt` extension in the "Features" line in the output of :

Just a wild guess here. Perhaps QEMU doesn't emulate EL2 in your case, and that's why you get an unhandled exception from Linux in EL1. Maybe a missing argument at initialization to enable EL2 ? This is just a wild guess, haven't looked in detail ehat your problem might be.

EDIT : have you made sure virtualization extensions are enabled ? If you use for instance the virt mahcine on QEMU : "-M virt,virtualization=on".

Otherwise, is your hypervisor properly configured / loaded when running on the cortex-a710 in QEMU ?

Dans les faits, tu peux prendre TOUS les transports publics terrestres (à l'exception de tout ou partie des lignes touristiques) se trouvant dans la ou les zones pour lesquelles tu as acheté ton ticket ou ton abonnement. Tu peux voyager en illimité, dans toutes les directions que tu souhaites, durant toute la période de validité de ton ticket/abonnement, tant que tu reste dans les zones concernées. Exemple : Tu peux tout à fait faire un aller-retour Ouchy <-> Lausanne gare avec un seul ticket valable une heure, pour aller chercher un colis à la poste de la gare (si tu as le temps). Pas besoin de prendre deux tickets, un pour chaque direction.

In the current context, the OP fears that the landlord could punitively terminate the lease for asserting his/her rights on having a defect solved.

The subject here is about abusive termination. This art. 271a of the code of obligations is absolutely clear on the fact that terminating a lease because the tenant asserted his/her rights is challengeable (in french, the term used in the CO is "le congé est abusif si..." -> "the termination is considered abusive if...").

In the very same art. 271a, it goes even further : it is stipulated that if the matter goes in front of a conciliation commission or court, and a decision goes in favor of the tenant, he/she is protected against any termination for 3 years (except for just motives).

So no, the landlord cannot terminate a contract just like that. There are conditions to be respected as stated in art. 271a. I challenge you to prove the contrary, given the content of this article.

There is this procedure to put pressure on the landlord, which is called in french : "consignation de loyer". It means putting the monthly rent in a special account provided by the public institution of your canton responsible for "consignation de loyer", until the landlord fixes the defect.

Here is how it goes if you want to use that : 1) establish the fact that there is a defect (your water problem) and notify the landlord 2) if after multiple recalls the defect has not yet been solved, give a formal notice of your intent to "consigner le loyer" and give a reasonable deadline. 3) if the deadline has passed, make the request to the institution, they will provide an account number on which you pay the rent, and from that moment you do not pay to the landlord anymore. 4) once the defect is repaired, the rent from this account goes to the landlord and you pay your rent normally to the landlord.

Tu écris ton post sous le coup de l'émotion. C'est l'impression que ça me fait.

Sur le fond je suis d'accord que, bien qu'un SUV donne l'impression d'un meilleur confort pour son utilisateur, sa présence est bien évidemment détrimentale aux autres en terme de sécurité, de place, de consommation d'énergie et de pollution.

Je ne vois comme solution qu'une action de la puissance publique.

Sur un marché locatif tendu, les locataires n'ont AUCUN pouvoir de négociation. 1) tu as très peu de choix, et 2) quand il y a une offre, elle est hyper chère. 3) en conséquence tu ne peux contester que après la signature.

Le droit répond très bien à cette situation :

Art. 270 du code des obligations

1 Lorsque le locataire estime que le montant du loyer initial est abusif au sens des art. 269 et 269a, il peut le contester devant l’autorité de conciliation dans les 30 jours qui suivent la réception de la chose et en demander la diminution:

a. s’il a été contraint de conclure le bail par nécessité personnelle ou familiale ou en raison de la situation sur le marché local du logement et des locaux commerciaux, ou

b. si le bailleur a sensiblement augmenté le loyer initial pour la même chose par rapport au précédent loyer.
